Jeffery Neal Obituary

Jeffery Carl Neal II, entered into eternal rest on April 23, 2022 at the age of 75. He was a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, McKinley Sr. High School Graduate Class of 1964, Grambling State University Graduate Class of 1968 and a Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Survived by his wife, Georgia Batiste Neal; daughter, Shakira V. Johnson (Jerel); bonus daughter, Tami D. Anderson (William); sons, Christopher C. Neal (Tamara), Damon L. Neal (Roberta), Jeffery C. Neal, III; bonus son, Thomas D. Davis, Sr. (Nikki); sisters, Catherine Jackson and Cynthia Anthony; brothers, Feltus Anthony and Gregory Anthony (Phyllis); 17 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Julia B. Anthony and Jeffery C. Neal, Sr.; brother, Leethel Neal; sister, Margaret F. Vallet. Visitation Tuesday, May 10, 2022 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Hall's Celebration Center, 9348 Scenic Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA. Visitation continues Wednesday, May 11, 2022 8:00 am until 9:45 am, New St. John Baptist Church, 1455 South Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA. Celebration of Life Service will begin at 10:00 am. Pastor W. Marshall Myles officiating. Entombment Heavenly Gates Cemetery of Baton Rouge, 10633 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA. Masks are required to attend all services.
