Ida ROBINSON Obituary

Mrs. Ida Mae Robinson passed away on December 22, 2023.

Ms. Ida was born August 14, 1942, in Macon Georgia to the late Mr. Jim Taylor and Mrs. Mamie Taylor.

She attended schools in Macon Georgia at LH William Grammer School and Peter G Apple High School. She later moved to Spokane Washington and attended Spokane Falls Community College. As a young lady she accepted Jesus as her lord and savior and was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist church in Macon Georgia. She was an active member at Airway Heights Baptist Church until her passing.

In 1978 she married Donzell Robinson, and they raised three children together.

Her first job was in a doughnut shop, later she was employed and retired as a Manager for the State of Washington at Lakeland Village.

She was deeply involved with the African American club, PWOC, Excelsior Girls Group home and was an active member at the Union Gospel Mission.

Her hobbies included shopping, West Plains Ladies luncheon and being pampered.

She was known as prayer warrior with a servant's heart. She was a trusted advisor and mentor to many.

Ms. Ida was survived by her loving husband, Donzell Robinson, and her sister Helen Bivins. Three children Albert Fuller Jr.; Yulonda Fuller-Gregory and Allison Richmond. Two sons-in-laws Michael Gregory and Bradley Richmond. Four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

A celebration of life has been scheduled on Friday January 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Airway Heights Baptist Church. All are welcome to come and celebrate Ms. Ida's life.

Other expressions of sympathy rendered them during their many hours of sorrow and grief were greatly appreciated.
