Hannah Unti-Meade Obituary

Hannah Mae Unti-Meade, 31, of Boulder Creek passed away unexpectedly on December 25, 2024 due to complications from Addison's disease.

She graduated from San Lorenzo Valley High School and attended Cabrillo Junior College. Good-natured, courageous, always filled with wonder, humor, and genuine laughs-she was ready for anything, including life's challenges. She loved many sports and activities, always eager to try something new. Hannah was creative as an avid crafter and harpist.

Hannah married David Meade in 2017. She met her beloved while working at Johnny's Market in Accounting Support. An amazing wife, mother and best friend, she was the rock of the family. Hannah and David expanded their family, adopting a sweet puppy, Chloe, and later in October 2015, brought Finnegan Connor Unti-Meade into the world. Hannah was known for her big smiles and loud laughs and sneezes.

Hannah and David built deep friendship and community with people in Boulder Creek. They loved spending time with friends & family, and following Finn play soccer, baseball and most recently basketball. Hannah had faith in God, knowing she was loved by Him.

Born to Joseph "Tony" Unti and Tracy Kraatz-Unti on May 25, 1993, in San Luis Obispo, CA, Hannah is survived by her husband David and son, Finnegan, parents Tony and Tracy Unti, "Nonni" Judy Unti, sisters Lily and Priscilla Unti, Aunt Lisa and Uncle Bob Bruce and Aunt Joei Kraatz, and cousins Josie and Sophia Bruce and Jade and Johnna Vecvanags.

Preceded in death by her "Nonno" Richard Unti, Grandmother Priscilla Kraatz, Granny and Papa CD and Lorene Lewis, and Chloe.

A Celebration of Life will be held January 11, 2025 at the Bear Creek Community Center 12pm to 5pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to NAMI Santa Cruz, 35 Penny Lane Suite #2, Watsonville CA 95076.

Our heartfelt sympathies and condolences to David , Fynn and all of the Unti family. Hannah was such a vibrant young woman and we loved following her and her family from afar in Saskatoon where we spent many fun moments with her before she met David. Our hearts are sad at her passing. Sending you all much love and big hugs. Judy , Jim Jonathan and Jenna
