From the first time I met Annette, I knew we were going to be friends. She was most beautiful, she just had a special kind heart and I loved her beautiful red hair and smile. Her voice was tender and soft and was always willing to be of help. She had a strong testimony of our Savior and it showed. I watched how Richard would be by her side, making sure she was being taken care of. I sure love you Annette and Richard, so grateful of our many years of friendship and love. Thank you Annette for the beautiful example of love you freely gave to me. You truly was a gift given to me.
Your friend with love to your amazing husband and beautiful family.

It seems the years have flown since we were backdoor neighbors, Richard. I have such fond memories of those years! Annette was such a good friend and such a giving one; she was a great example to me. I always admired how kind and caring you both were with your grandsons. I'm sorry to hear she's had so many health problems. I pray that you'll find comfort and peace in your memories. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

My dear, sweet sister-in-law, Annette. I loved you when I first met you over 50 years ago. I couldn't figure out how my brother was able to catch your eye, let alone marry you! Although we didn't have close contact over these many years, when we were together it was as if it had only been a day. You always made me feel warm and valued. You had the sweetest sense of humor that always made me laugh. I always kidded you that you were a year younger than me, and therefore my "little" sister. Our contact these past few years has been my joy. You and Richard embraced me when I was at a difficult time of making decisions. I will always remember your loving words of encouragement. You made me want to be a better person. I started calling you both my angels, because you lifted me up when I thought I couldn't stand again. My heart breaks and the tears keep falling even though I know you're in Paradise and are surrounded by many family members who have waited for you. I know the Lord will continue to bless your husband, my brother, and your beautiful children, grand children and great-grandchildren. Your legacy will continue on for generations. My sorrow is great. I will always remember. Love, Judy
