Timothy Schaffhauser Obituary

Timothy D. Schaffhauser 32 of Harrisburg, entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Timothy was born in Maryland on March 15, 1990 and was the son of Timothy V. Schaffhauser and Suzette M. Welty. Anyone who met Tim knew he was one of the most sincere, humble and loving people they ever met. His infectious personality and smile always lit up a room with so much joy and happiness. He had a lot of love for family and friends. They were always the most important thing to him and his love will carry on forever. He liked hunting, boating, the ocean and being with his friends and family. Timothy is survived by in addition to his parents, his grandparents that raised him, Jess and Jeanne Potteiger; his grandfather, Otto Schaffhauser; his brother, Steven Schaffhauser; his sister, Deanna Steele; his uncles, Marc Schaffhauser, Jess (Kelly) Potteiger, Jr. and an Aunt, Jill (Doug) Mayberry; lots of cousins. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 12 noon, at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 6011 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Shoops Garden of Rest, at the convenience of the family. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11 am to 12 noon at the funeral home, prior to the service.
