Bonnie Sova Obituary
Bonnie J. Sova; age 91 of Midland, formerly St. Louis passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Toni & Trish House in Auburn. Bonnie was born November 9, 1931 the daughter of Percy and Hazel (Hunkins) Giles. She enjoyed reading and doing needlepoint, and also religiously watched Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. She raised 7 children and worked various jobs in retail and service for over 40 years in the Alma area. Bonnie is survived by 6 children Dave Sova of Grand Rapids, Jean LaLone of Gaylord, Jo Miller of Midland, Susan Sova of Florida, Gail (Steve) Post of Mt. Pleasant, and Steve (Lynette) Sova of Coldwater; 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; special niece Melanee Webert; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bonnie is preceded by both her parents; her son Mike Sova; grandson Tyler Sova; and 5 siblings. Services for Bonnie will be Thursday, October 26 at 1 P.M. at Berry Funeral Home in Shepherd with Pastor Rick Milks officiating. There will be visitation from 11 A.M. until time of service.
