Died: June 1, 2022 in Peru, IL
Linda Lou (Bradley) Sorrentino, 81, of Peru, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at home.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at the Mueller Funeral Home, Peru with Rev.Tom Redig, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church, Peru officiating. Burial will follow in Peru City Cemetery . Visitation will be 3:00-6:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Sorrentino was born September 16, 1940 in Morris to Everett and Seena (Zant) Bradley. She married James Sorrentino June 27, 1960 in LaSalle. She was part owner at Inkwell Printing in Peru for 20 years.
Mrs. Sorrentino was one of the founders of Peru Girls Softball. She enjoyed traveling, fishing and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, James; her children, Jeffrey Sorrentino and Tina (Gary) Cyrocki; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Patricia (Robert) Toner; sister-in-laws, Marge Bradley and Janice McArthur and a brother-in-law Brad (Kathy) Sorrentino.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Dennis Bradley, a sister, Donna Barto and a sister-in-law, Mary Lou Rossi.
Pallbearers will be Gary Cyrocki, Krystle Frye, Bill Chapman, Bill Henkel, Louie Alteri, Ben Strader, Sean Clexton and Dale Bernabie.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Mayo Clinic-Cancer Research, www.mayoclinic.org.
