Patricia Mulvihill Obituary

After battling MS with dignity and grace, Patricia Ann Mulvihill peacefully passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at the age of 83. She was born on April 21,1938 and raised with her brother, Joseph, in the South Bronx. Working as an operator at the New York Telephone Company, Pat was a woman ahead of her time. She was strong, independent, and driven, knowing what she wanted out of life. While working at NY Tel, she met her loving husband, Peter, in 1961. After marrying and starting a family, she and her husband, Peter, made the move to Glen Rock, NJ where they lovingly raised their children, Peter and Suzanne. Over the next 45 years, Pat built many beautiful friendships and memories in her beloved Glen Rock home. She loved to entertain and always made everyone feel welcome and special. Pat had a huge heart, always thinking of others before herself. She is predeceased by her parents, Anna and Joseph Bogad, husband, Peter, and brother, Joe, survived by her son, Peter A. Mulvihill, his wife Jennifer; daughter Suzanne E. Mulvihill, and many relatives. Visitation on Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 5-8PM at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral mass on Friday, February 4, 2022 10:00AM at St. Catharine RC Church, 905 Maple Avenue, Glen Rock, NJ 07452. All to meet at church. Interment St. John's Cemetery Queens, NY.
