Judy A. Bisson, 72, a resident of Dean Road, passed away May 23, 2022 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. Judy was born in Troy, NY on October 16, 1949, the daughter of the late Harold and Elizabeth (Lohnes) Watson and attended local schools. Judy worked as an IT Tech, head of maintenance, as a paraprofessional, and in the kitchen at Pownal Elementary School for almost forty years. She enjoyed studying ancestry, gardening, being with her granddaughter, and spending time with her family. Judy is survived by her husband Dennis Bisson of North Pownal, her daughter Crystal Ischia (Jeremy) of North Pownal, brother James Watson (Darlene) of Cohoes, NY, sisters Mary "Mick" Brenenstuhl (Walt) of North Petersburg, NY and Patricia "Pat" Slocum (A.J.) of Bennington, and her granddaughter Brandy Ischia. She was preceded in death by her son Tony Bisson (in infancy) and her sisters Janet Case and Betty Bowen. At the request of the family, there are no formal funeral services at this time.
