I remember Rich and Gail growing up years ago , they were two of the nicest people you could ever meet! The entire Scarpa family ALWAYS welcomed me with open arms, I was extremely fortunate to have Greg as a friend! Rich was a great guy with always a smile on his face! Rest In Peace my friend! God Bless!

I was about to hit the Done, to send this message and there is a question, How did you know Richard?
We knew him, playing his guitar on the stoop, having a beautiful fish tank, exotic birds, loved his cars, always a smile, a wave and pleasant conversation. Most of all, Gail and Richie always side by side.
How do I know Richie? More than a friend, more like Family.
