Bruce Frederick Wilhelm, 72, passed away peacefully at home, August 31, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick Wilhelm and Emma Jeanne Wilhelm. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Letitia Wilhelm; his four children, David Wilhelm and wife, Jennifer; Julie Preston and husband, Jon Mark; Robert Wilhelm and wife, Sarah; and John Wilhelm; his four grandchildren, Nathan Wilhelm, Lauren Wilhelm, Thomas Wilhelm, and Marin Preston; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sisters, Lynda McTague and husband, Richard; Phyllis Mahoney, and Cherry Newton and husband, Chuck. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6800 Buffalo Speedway, Houston, Texas 77025. We would like to thank the doctors and nurses at MD Anderson Cancer Center for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center or a charity of your choice.
