Thelma Cecelia (TC):
Passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital on December 11th, 2020, aged 70 years. Formerly of Wellington, Palmerston North, Wanganui, and Whitby, Porirua. Loving Mum of Victoria. Survived by her mother Thelma and former partner Frank, and brothers Harvey and Ian. A service will be held at St Paul's Anglican Church, 1 Langdale Ave (cnr of Kapiti Rd and Langdale), Paraparaumu, at 2.30pm Friday, January 22nd, followed by a reception in the church hall.
