Dr Heather (Angela):
Historian and member of the Waitangi Tribunal, died after a long illness on 17 September 2021, aged 77. Dearly loved wife of the late Bruno. Loved and respected mother and mother-in-law of Sira and Paul; Anna and Noel; Carlo and Zara; Niccolò and Trish; the late Callie; Francesco and Eugenie; and Guido and Emma. Much loved grandmother of Harry, Jordan, Caitlin, Anna, Mila, Emily, Jacob, Eli, Lucca, Reuben, Sofia, Francesca, Matteo, and Sean. Younger sister of Tony. Special thanks to the CCDHB oncology team - particularly Anne, as well as the staff of Te Hopai Home for their care of Angela over recent months. In lieu of flowers, donations to St Mary of the Angels Charitable Trust or to Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated. Angela may be viewed at Harbour City Funeral Home, 56 Onepu Road, Kilbirnie, Wellington, on either Tuesday 28 September 2021 or Wednesday 29 September 2021, between 2.00pm — 5.00pm. Given Covid 19 restrictions, a celebration of Angela's life and cremation will be held on an invitation only basis on Thursday 30 September 2021 at 2.00pm. My dearest godmother, I will miss you. I'm better for having had you in my life and I will cherish the memories I have of you.
