Death Notice

LINDALE,
Donald Leslie (Don): F.C.A.
4th December 1938 –
12th January 2021
Dear Satchmo,
We are so sorry, your greatest fan has gone. He's left this wonderful world and when we think to ourselves we remember his life was like a song, he found a dream, the skies are blue and his heart is wrapped in clover. Our gadget man has gone, the best man, mate, son, husband, brother, father, grandad and great-grandad, musician, intellectual and number crunching nerd. His days are over and he's back with his love at 'last'. So, so sad to see him go. Don passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Waikato Hospital on 12th January after a brief illness. He will be forever missed by all the Lindale Clan.
R.I.J – Rest in Jazz
our dear Dad xx.
A celebration of his wonderful life will be held at 2.30pm, Monday 18th January, at Tree Church, 119 West Road, Ohaupo 3881. Communications to 39A Te Aroha Street, Hamilton.
