Yogu PASUPATI Obituary

PASUPATI, Yogu (Dr):
It is with deep sadness we are letting you know the passing away of Dr Yogu Pasupati. He left his earthly body peacefully surrounded by his family on the 18 July 2018. He is the beloved husband of Dr Nalayini, loving father of Dr Shankar, Shoruban, Mayu and Nivethini and father-in-law of Dr Damaya, Greer and Vaishali. He is also the loving grandfather of Saranee, Varnan, Luca, Milan, Megana and Vivaan. Funeral to be held at Purewa Cemetery & Crematorium, 100/102 St Johns Road, Meadowbank, Auckland 1072, on 21 July 2018 (Saturday) at 12.00-2.00pm.

Dear Nalayini,

OUR CONDOLENCES

Please accept our deepest sympathies
for the loss of your husband.

I knew him not only as a relative but
also as a great physician who treated
my father Late P. Chelladurai of Tirunelveli
in August 1974
Our family is grateful for his wonderful
care and treatment.

He will be remembered for the ways
he touched the many lives in very many
special ways and be greatly missed.

Our prayers go out to you, your children
and their families.

The Pasupati family has been long standing family friends from way back in Sri Lanka and after our immigration to Wellington New Zealand around the same time. We grew up very closely with the family and made great friendships with their children. Yogu Uncle was a very quiet, gentle and kind hearted gentleman with a BIG heart and smile! Very affectionate family we were proud to grow very closely with. Thinking of dear Nalayini Aunty, children and grand children at this time. He will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace Yogu Uncle. Much love from the Mahendran Family and Viyakesparan family
