BARRETT, William Joseph:
Of Lower Hutt. Peacefully on 1 November 2022 at Hutt Hospital, in his 80th year, surrounded by family. Cherished and loved husband of Anne, loved father of Toni, Dale and her husband Brent, Cain and his partner Carissa. Loved Grandfather of Rosie and her husband Dylan, Olivia and her partner Liam, Jerry, Ed, Georgia and Giselle. Loved great-grandfather to Millie. A special thanks to the Hutt Valley District Nurses, Wellington Hospital Oncology department and the Cancer Society. In lieu of flowers, donations to Te Omanga Hospice would be appreciated. A private service is being held at Our Lady of the Rosary, Lower Hutt. Messages to the 'Barrett family' may be sent c/- PO Box 30-127, Lower Hutt 5040.

Condolences to the Barrett family in the loss of Bill, remember when he came to Wingate Line depot as a new foreman then later years promoted to Overseer, was always great to talk to him after the ANZAC day service and catch up on old times who has past now his turn to be fondly remember
