Wayne EVANS Obituary
EVANS, Wayne Frank Peter. - Peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice on Monday 21st January 2013, aged 48 years. Loved son of Colin and the late Aileen. Loved brother of Deanna and Candy. Loved father and father-in-law of Sarah, Rachael and Raymond, and Jordan. Loved grandad of Dominic, Jayden and Ryder. Wayne will be sadly missed by all his extended family and friends.

Donations in lieu of flowers to the Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and can be left at the Mass. A Requiem Mass to Celebrate Wayne's life will be held in Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Corner Main and Lyndhurst Roads, Tawa on Monday 28th January 2013 at 11:00am, thereafter to the Whenua Tapu Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited in the same Church on Sunday 27th January at 6:00pm. All messages to "The Evan's Family" C/- PO Box 50-347, Porirua.
