ROSS, Viola Joan (Joan). - Passed away on April 28th, 2014, peacefully at Tauranga Hospital. Dearly loved wife and soulmate of the late Jim. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Marilyn and Glynn Hooper (Wellington), Robyn and Steve Nelmes (Te Puke) and Nette (Otaki). Adored Nana of Shane, Danny and Kate, Marie and Mike, and Carla. Loved Great-Nana of Sophie, Felix and Joanie. Loved sister-in-law of Jean. A service to celebrate Joan's life will be held at Te Puke Anglican Church, Jocelyn Street, Te Puke, on Friday, May 2nd, at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated for the Child Cancer Foundation, 56 Christopher Street Tauranga 3110.
