Veronica GRAY Obituary
(nee Moody):
Passed away peacefully on Saturday 28 August 2021, 75 years of age. Dearly loved wife of John, married 50 years. Much loved sister and sister- in-law of Peter and Gail Moody, the late Ronald and Bernice Moody, and Josephine Haddon. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Tracy and Brent, Rachelle and David, Vanessa and Andrew. Treasured Nana of Emily and William. Kind, thoughtful and generous friend to many in her warm and caring community. Grateful thanks to the staff at Malvina Major Retirement Village for their special care of Roni. A Covid restricted funeral Mass, with a livestream, will be held on Thursday 9 September, (pending a move to Level 2). Dear Gray family
I will always remember Roni as a wonderful and welcoming mother figure to all Rachelle's friends. She was always happy to have us over for dinner and as we got older a bottle of wine. She taught me how to play canasta, was quick to laugh at my jokes and always bought the cutest outfits for my new babies. Her generosity and kindness will always be remembered. Thinking of you all and sending lots of love
