Tresnor and Lambert Fountain were the contract funeral directors for many years for the Papakura Police area and later the South Auckland Police District. Following a sudden death, a number of documents have to be completed for the Coroner, and this would usually be completed by the attending police officers, but sometimes Tres completed the file for us. When the file was completed she would ring us and we would uplift the file from their letter box and take it to the Auckland Mortuary. Thank you Tres for this and many other ways you assisted. Lambert often referred to us as my boys and I know that your boys really appreciated your assistance. Thank you Tres. You were a great lady and were always a pleasure to work with.
