McLACHLAN, Thomas Keith:
Of Titahi Bay, formerly of Levin and Wainuiomata, died peacefully on 18 January 2016, at Wellington Hospital. Loved husband of the late Daphne (2010), father and father-in-law of the late Stuart, Sherryl & Steve Gray, Judy & John Lindsay, Loris Cook, and Wendy Ward & Garry Williams. Loved granddad of Andrew, Darren, Michelle, Kate, Matthew, Sarah, Joanne & Lisa and 15.5 great grandchildren. Longstanding friend of Norm & Cristina Willis. Special thanks to all the staff at Kemp Home & Hospital for their excellent care of both Keith & Daphne since August 2010, Ward 5 of Wellington Hospital plus Wellington Free Ambulance. In accordance with the families' wishes, a private family service has been held and his ashes laid to rest with Daphne, at the Wainuiomata Garden of Remembrance at a later date.
