BOURKE,
Thomas (Tom) (Tommy):
Tommy passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 22nd September 2022 aged 78, surrounded by his family. Dearly loved partner of Gail, father and father-in-law of Lauren and Matt. Brother and brother-in-law of John and Joan, Darryl and Cheryl and Jerry. Much loved uncle and cousin to many. In lieu of flowers Tom has requested donations be made to Wellington Free Ambulance at www.wfa.org.nz or Mary Potter Hospice at www.marypotter.org.nz. His family extends a very special thank you to all the hospital
staff, palliative care, community nurses and the ambos for their amazing care of Tom and support for his family. Messages to Tom's family may be left in his tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz. Tom's service will be held at
St Teresa's Church, Karori Road, Karori, at 11am on Wednesday 28th September 2022, followed by a private cremation.
