Thomas ANDERSON Obituary

Of Miramar and Karori, Wellington. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 13 July 2024 at Wellington Hospital, aged 30 years. Treasured son of Warren and Trish, brother of Kieran and Kate. And much loved by his wider whānau of family, carers and friends. Severely disabled from an early age, his too-short life touched many who came to know him. He taught us all how to be strong and resilient. Kia kaha Tom! Our thanks to everyone at Kingfisher House, Karori where he lived with his special flatmates Cameron, Teresa, Adrian and Kasey, and where the very special staff have so wonderfully enabled his extraordinary life these past 13 years. A service for Thomas will be held at Lychgate Funerals, 306 Willis Street, Wellington, on Friday 19th July 2024 at 11.00am.
