Loved by Diana (Wink), Drew, Lizzie and Jackson; Catherine, Rhyce, Max and Ella; Rachael and Joachim; Sarah and Kane. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Bruce and Rowena, Gillian and Terry Beloved uncle to Tim, Nick, Sam, and Jamie. Loved and respected by many. Stephen was my favourite boss of all time and his family so warm, friendly and hospitable. He will be missed. I hope he is at the bar end of Heaven, as he enjoys a tipple.

My thoughts are with Diana and family in your loss.
Our profession has lost a colleague, and the Courts a man who honoured them and their role. He respected everyone there.
The army in its turn will reflect upon
the passing of an officer who valued his service and honoured the commission.
In the law I worked with Steve over the course of many years.
Outside work, I have had the honour of being welcomed into his house and to spend time with Steve 'the person', and then to meet some of his nearest and dearest.
I know what you all meant to him.
I hope that we can convey to you know how how others valued and respected him.
I have lost a friend, but the family so much more.
