Stephen Donald (Bunter):
Sharne and Kylie, together with their families, wish to express their heartfelt thanks to friends, and work colleagues who supported them in various ways during their recent loss of Stephen. We have appreciated the lovely personal messages of sympathy, cards, flowers, phone calls, tributes, and the presence of so many at the service. A special thanks to Dr Craig Cherry and the staff of Kahukura Palliative Care for their care of Stephen and to Mark Moorhouse for his guidance during the service.
