Stanford KIRIONA Obituary

KIRIONA,
Stanford Wayne Tuwhatu:
of Levin. On 9 June 2017,as a result of an accident. Aged 59 years. Much loved companion of Nikki. Dear brother, uncle, and koro to many.
Through this toilsome world, Alas! Once and only once I pass, If a kindness I may show, If a good deed I may do,
for a suffering fellow man, let me do it while I can. No delay for it is plain, I shall not pass this way again.
A service for Stanford will held at Matau Marae, Clay Road, Levin on Wednesday 14 June at 11.00am, followed by burial at Paeroa Urapa.

Stan you glorious fun loving life living incredibly intelligent friend. Badger and I delighted connecting with you when our musical travels took us back to our old haunt, Levin. Our early days of teenage youth at Horowhenua College and later young adult excursions into our antics and achievements will always be remembered fondly. My only regret is not seeing you lately. My thoughts and support are with your whanau. I will remember our laughs with a wry smile of fondness. Ka kite.

One of my lifetime brothers whom I'll miss dearly. One of the few I could trust. So many stories, so many laughs. You were loved by many and be sadly missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing you. Until we meet again, fly high with the angels. R.I.P big man. Much love always ❤
