HATFIELD, Sonya:
Passed away peacefully on Friday, 6 April 2018 at Hutt Hospital, aged 81 years. Much loved wife of the late Ron and cherished mother of Keryn, Catherine and Sandie and loved grandma and great-grandma. Much loved sister of Gael, Deirdre, Carl & Viv. The family wish to extend a special thanks to the Doctors and nursing staff of Hutt Hospital. A private cremation was held as per Sonya's wishes.

My sympathy goes to Sonya's family, when the Hatfield's lived on Normandale Road my parents, Kath & Ted Bird, lived next door. They both spoke very highly of Ron and Sonya and had the odd drink together. RIP Sonya. Robyn Roberts
