Passed away on 8 July 2024 in Wellington, New Zealand, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family. The funeral service will be held at Lychgate Funerals, 7 Johnsonville Road, Wellington, on Tuesday 16 July at 12.30pm. Join the livestream at lychgate.co.nz. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's NZ. With special thanks to all the staff at Malvina Major and Dr Ross Anderson.
