SAMOA, Siaki Launiu:
Of Upper Hutt. Passed away after a long illness on 11 February 2017, at the Hutt Hospital aged 86 years. Dearly beloved husband to the late Fa'asiu and loved father and father-in-law to Timena and Tipa, Hana and Multani. Adored Grandpa to Josiah, Laban and Praise. Cherished brother, uncle and friend to many. A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Siaki will be held at the P.I.C. (Pacific Islanders Presbyterian Church), corner of Daniell Street and Constable Street, Newtown, on Friday 17 February 2017, commencing at 10.00am, thereafter an interment at Whenua Tapu Cemetery, Airlie Road, Pukerua Bay. Siaki will be lying in state at the church from 12.00pm on Thursday 16 February 2017, thereafter a Family Service in the church commencing at 6.30pm.
