Ronald George (Ron):
Passed away peacefully at home in his sleep, on Thursday, September 20, 2018. Aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Carolyn for 53 years. Loved and devoted father and father-in-law of Callam and Ekaterina, and Cameron and Floraneil. Loved Poppa of Kristina, Marvella, and George. Messages may be sent to 71 Durham Street, Picton 7220. In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Picton Heritage and Whaling Museum would be appreciated and may be made at the service or sent to 9 London Quay, Picton 7220. A farewell service for Ron will be held at the Picton Union Parish Church, Broadway, Picton, at 2.00pm, on Tuesday, September 25, followed by private cremation at the Sowman Crematorium.

Carolyn. I was so sad to read of Ron's sudden passing. Loved our days at Union Co. and working with Ron was one of the highlights for me. We had lots of laughs and have happy memories. My sympathy to you and your family - he will be sorely missed I know. He was a true gentleman.
