Ronald MORGAN Obituary
Ronald William (Ron):
On May 18, 2023, peacefully at his home in Upper Hutt, surrounded by his family; aged 72 years. Dearly loved husband of Waina for 53 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Neil & Paula, Robert & Tracy, and Joanne. Loving and proud Grandad of Tarquin, Reilly; Arden, Hannah, Flyn; Anais, and Ihipera. Much loved brother, brother-in-law, Uncle and friend to many. In lieu of flowers, donations to Te Omanga Hospice would be appreciated and can be made online at www.teomanga.org.nz/support-us/donate/ or left at the Service. Special thanks to the team at Te Omanga for their special care and support. A Service to celebrate Ron's life will be held in Kingswood, Cnr King & Cairo Street, Upper Hutt, on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation. Rest in peace and love dearest Ron. Thank you for your daughter Jo, she really is a gift to us all and a friend who I call a sister.
Sorry for eating all your 2 min noodles as teenagers...me and Jo clocked up quite an appetite after lip syncing to "The Rhythm Volume 8" CD with our hairspray and hair brush microphones... I'm sure our awesome singing was one of the reasons you went to the Bower pub.
Waina, Jojo, Neil, Robert...sorry we could not be there today ...we are with you and all of the whanau in spirit, please know that.
There are heavy hearts today for you Ron... And there will be for a very long time after.
We'll cheers a beer for you today Ron.
