HARRIS, Rita:
Born 28 November 1932. Died peacefully on 9 May 2023; aged 90 years, at the Malvina Major Care Centre, Johnsonville, Wellington. Dearly loved wife of the late Rod Harris, and mother and mother-in-law of Julie and Sue and Wayne (deceased), and grandmother to Anthony, Mark and Ashley, and Matthew and Susie. Our special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Malvina Major Care Centre for their care and support to mum and us. Messages to the Harris family may be left in Rita's tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz or posted c/- 4 Moorefield Road, Johnsonville, Wellington 6037. "Mum, you and Dad will always be with us in our hearts and in our thoughts". In accordance with Rita's wishes a private cremation has been held.
