Richard MASON Obituary
MASON, Richard James:
On Sunday, 24th December 2017, peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice. Beloved husband of Sue for 50 years. Deeply loved father of Kelly-Anne and Ryan, loved father-in-law of Mike and Rose, and cherished Grandad of Harrison, Millie Moo, Ruby, Kaia and Laney. Loved brother of the late Robert, and respected brother-in-law and President of the Outlaws, of Peter and Pauline, Maureen and Don (dec), Denise and Peter (both dec), Judith and Wally (dec), Cliff and Wendy (dec), Maryjane and Kevin, Wendy and Bill. Special Uncle Richard to his many nieces and nephews, and a friend to many.
Richard, you will always
hold a special place in the hearts of those you loved.
Thanks to the amazing support people who were with us on this journey. Requiem Mass to celebrate Richard's life will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Parata Street, Waikanae, at 11.00am on Friday, 29 December, to be followed by a private cremation. Donations for Mary Potter Hospice, PO Box 7442, Newtown, Wellington 6242 would be gratefully received.
