FAIRBAIRN,
Dr Rex David (Leki):
General Surgeon. Born Vailima, Western Samoa, 31 May 1940-Died peacefully on 18 November in Adelaide, Australia in the presence of his loving wife Lesley (Buttar) and other family members. Loving father of Jason, Jeremy and the late Hamish, and 'Poppa' of his grandchildren Tasha and Ashley. Precious son of the late Emele-Moa and James Fairbairn Senior. Loving and very special brother of Mabel, Te'O Ian, James, Alfred, Barbara and Peggy and loved uncle to all his many nephews and nieces.
A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, Adelaide on Tuesday, 25 November at 2pm. Any messages, please forward to [email protected], or [email protected], or ring 027 4421 548.

To think of Rex is to see a smile as he was always the brightest. His natural personality alone enriched the world and when his dedication and achievements are added I am proud to have known him as he grew up. My sincere condolences to all the family.
