Passed away peacefully July 19th 2023 at Arvida Retirement Village, Newtown, Wellington aged 91. Beloved partner of Judy Lang. Former partner of the late June. Loved stepfather of Tracey Lang, Queensland; Angela and Steve Gadsby, Te Horo and Matthew Lang, Dunedin. Cherished Grandad of Grace Howison, Queensland; Aurora, Lincoln and Maksym Gadsby, Te Horo and Trent Carmody, Reid and Nova Lang, Christchurch. Thanks to staff at Arvida for their care of Reg. The funeral service is to be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr Cockburn St & Onepu Rd, Kilbirnie, Wellington on Wednesday 26th July at 2pm. Please wear bright colours for Reg.

It was a privilege and an honour to work with Reg at the Kilbirnie Bus Depot listening to his tales then dropping him off outside his house on the Number 1 trolley route to Island Bay.
