Rachel RUTHERFURD – TEINA Obituary

When I heard the news Rachel had left us to be with her mum and dad, my heart was very saddened. We had lost touch and briefly reconnected always finishing our calls with "lets catch up" a regret that I will always have as we didn't. Reading the tributes to her she touched many lives and was an absolute intelligent, loving, caring, mother, sister, nana and friend who would give you her full attention. It will take strength as you all heal and support each other during this very painful time, take solace of the beautiful memories of Rachel. Rest in peace beautiful lady x

Rachel was a beautiful person I enjoyed spending time with her on computer course we always had plenty of laughs rest in love Rachel xoxo

Rachel was a good friend of mine at Naenae College. She was kind and caring and had a great sense of humour. I am so glad Rach got the chance to continue her education and prove to the world how smart she really was. My condolences to Rachel's whanau for their loss.
