Peter STEWART Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Thursday 15th July 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband to Lorraine for 52 years. Loved father and father-in-law to Glen & Agur (UK), Brian (UK). Cherished Pop to Markel, Connor and Marlee. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Helen & Andrew, Michael & Lena, Joan & Peter, Marie & Peter (UK), Clive & Julie, Jackie & Ray & Glynn. Loving Uncle to all his many nieces and nephews. All communications to the Stewart Family can be sent c/- PO Box 30067, Lower Hutt. A service for Peter will be held in the Croft Centennial Chapel, 2 Osborne Place (off Queens Drive), Lower Hutt, on Tuesday 20th July 2021, at 11.00am.

Dear Lorraine, Brian and Glen. Very sorry to hear of Peter's passing. Spending time with Brian at HVHS and years after, I always saw Peter (and you Lorraine) as supportive and loving parents...despite the antics of us larakins (esp. Brian!). May he rest in eternal peace.

What an amazing couple we hosted here a few years ago!
We have so many fond memories of your visit! This wouldn't have happened if Keith hadn't such a special connection with Ray and Jackie and the way we were so wonderfully welcomed into your wider family Lorraine!
Peter was a distant cousin of my Mum and it was due to Jack and Margaret, Peter's parents that they connected!
God bless Peter! He will be at peace!

So sorry to hear of Peter's passing Lorraine. I remember the fun times and Peter's droll sense of humor when we played in the band in Turangi. He was a great guy.
