Peter MATTERSON Obituary

MATTERSON, Peter Stanley:
On June 6, 2016 suddenly at Hutt Hospital, aged 62 years. Dearly loved husband of Diane. Cherished father and father in law of Jo & Paul and Wayne & Mel. Loved Grandad to his five beautiful grandchildren; Tiri, Kody, Ashlee, Bella and Levi. In accordance with Peters wishes, a private cremation is being held. A memorial service/party for Peter will be held on June 25, 2016 from 12pm. Please contact Diane or family for more details. Peter was an amazing guy who loved the bush and his mates and family. He will be extremely missed by all those that loved and knew him.

Can't believe that Peter has moved on. I remember many happy times in the Orongorongos. He was a special guy with a great sense of humour and fun, and always showed great kindness too. My deepest sympathy to Diane, Jo and Wayne.
