Peter and I met through my work at Geoff's PCs some years back, and we soon became friends.
When I moved out of the Hutt Valley, the biggest price was not being able to see Peter as often or as easily.
Peter was a good and often generous friend, and the gear he gave me will be used and treasured.
We'll finally hunt and fish together when we next meet.

To Anne and Paul,
So sorry to hear of Peter's passing, and regretted not being able to attend the service last friday owing to enforced Covid isolation.
Peter and I had a close association all through Naenae College, whether it be academic classes, rugby, tennis, tramping, brass band, orchestra; Peter being there based on merit, me just making up the numbers.
We both went to Massey together, which I still believe would have suited him to a tee, but I believe he got really homesick in the first few weeks and returned to Wellington.
A few years ago as I was having some health issues, Peter tracked me down in Paraparaumu where we had a number of catch-ups, great memories all came flowing back.

A sad start to 2023 for Peter's family. I remember him at Naenae College back in the 1960s and then later he was our real estate person when we sold our first home in Stokes Valley
