Peter HUNTER Obituary

Dear Peter, farewell to a lifelong friend of many memories. Wishing you God Speed as you journey on. With much love to Pauline, Paul and Helen and families. Jane Bold and Robbie Ward, Auckland.

Growing up with Paul in Paremata, I have warm memories of Peter as a lively and always encouraging figure. He was particularly supportive as I began my working life, and often when I would be calling to track down Paul, I'd end up having a good chat with Peter. His guidance during that time has stayed with me. On a Sunday morning, he was a familiar sight puttering up the harbour in the Paremata Boating Club's support vessel. My mother Margaret and I extend our sympathies to Paul, Helen and family.

We remember Peter fondly as a wonderful supporter and role model (and driver) from our growing days of the Ngati Toa Sea Scouts. You'll be missed! Our sincere sympathies go to Paul, Helen, Pauline and family.

Peter was special to our family and we have many happy memories of the times he spent with us in our home especially. Much love to all his family. Christine and Bill Bygrave
