SMITH, Patricia May:
Passed peacefully at Stokeswood Bupa Care Home on 17 March 2021. Aged 88 years. Loved wife of the late Robert Mitchell and the late Glyn Smith. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Robert & Diane, Robert & Yvonne, Jill, Carol & Ian, and David & Lisa. Loved Nana of Gareth, Brent (dec), Hayden, and Jason Smith (dec); Sean and Steven Graham; Te Amakora; Michelle and Sam George. Special thanks to Stokeswood Care Home nurses, caregivers and Dr Kirsten for their wonderful care of mum. A service for Pat will be held in Cornwall Manor, cnr Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt, on Friday, 19 March 2021 at 10.30am, followed by private cremation.
