Passed away peacefully aged 77 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Tamati (Tom). Adored mother of John and Helen, Tania and Joe Sauvao, Angela and John Blair, Doug and Delphine. Cherished Nan to her 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by all her extended family. Pat is lying at 11 Manapouri Lane, Aotea, all are invited to pay respects. A Requiem Mass for Pat will be Celebrated in St Theresa's Catholic Church, St Andrews Road, Plimmerton, on Tuesday 27 August at 11.00am.

Just to let you know that we are thinking of you all at this sad time
I worked with Pat at the Ministry of Defence in the early 1970's and used to hear Pats proud stories on all her family whom she Loved dearly.
We have managed to stay in touch ove the rest through Ministry Of Defence Reunions and through her dear friend Margaret Hemopo who is our neighbor
May Pat Rest in Eternal Peace, at Last with her Beloved Tom
