Peacefully on December 15, 2023 at Hutt Hospital, aged 84 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Joanne (dec), Marc & Lyn, Chris & Lee-Ann, and Dale & Lisa. Much loved and adored Grandma of Hannah, James, Isaiah, Grace, Max and Ariel. A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held in Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 60 Knights Road, Lower Hutt, tomorrow, Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 11.00am, followed by interment at Taita Cemetery.
