On September 14, 2013 peacefully at Hutt Hospital, Lower Hutt surrounded by her family; aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of Ron. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Heather & Geoff and Janet & Michael. Very loving and proud Nana of 7 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. Also loved by Robyn & Bruce. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of GSG Ward, Hutt Hospital who cared so well for Pat. A service for Pat will be held in Cornwall Manor, Cnr Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 2:00pm followed by private cremation.
