Patricia CUMMINGS Obituary
(Pat) (nee Russ):
Passed away Thursday 23 June 2022, aged 93 years. Loved wife of the late Howard. Special cousin and friend of Warren and Doreen Payne. Many thanks to the staff at Lady Allum Village, Auckland. A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at the Mairangi Bay Community Church, 49 Maxwelton Drive, Mairangi Bay, Auckland, on Friday 1st July 2022 at 1.30pm.

Pat was always spoken of with much love and kindness by mum, Vonna (Russ) Biggs. Mum enjoyed catching up with Pat whenever she visited Nelson. I have fond memories of her visiting and listening to their animated conversations. There is ample time for a long overdue catch up now. Much love to her family.

We were at Pat's service on Friday. What a wonderful celebration of her worthy life. Pat was so thoughtful and hospitable when we arrived in Auckland in the early 1980's. Her caring ministry in Wellington was well demonstrated by her support of my mother(Lillian P-T) after my dad's passing at a young age.She encouraged mum to get involved with Methodist Op shops and this became a lifelong focus for mum which she and us very much valued.
Pat influenced so many lives through her deep faith and her ministries with the Churches of Christ.
