Oliver SHONE Obituary

To Oliver´s family. You won´t know me and I didn´t know Oliver,but as I sat down to watch Paddy Gowers programme I recognised a little boy wearing an orange coat..I know he had to be the same little boy I commented to that he looked so cool in his orange coat, ..he probably thought I was some strange lady but I just had to tell him he looked great,,,,I cannot think where this moment took place as I was only passing through Gisborne prior to new year but I was so sad to hear what happened to Oliver as I have a grandson who is the same age and can not imagine what his Nana and mum are going through..I´m sure he brought joy to everyone with his orange coat..sending big hugs to Oliver´s family..

I am so sad that you are not here with us anymore.

I will always remember that you were a lovely friend to have in Ridgway and Enjoy. You knew how to make me laugh so loud. I will always remember your fab hat and classy clothes that you wore to school. You were one in a million.

My family send aroha to yours at this sad time. I will always remember you with a smile on my face.
