Nancy LANGTON Obituary
Nancy Eileen (nee Melville):
Loved sweetheart and wife of Russell. Much loved Mum of Elissa, Jenny and Michael, and Mum-in-law of Jules, and beloved Nannie of Devlin and Delamare. She left us while sleeping on the morning of April 28, 2021, in her 81st year. A service to celebrate her life and to honour the memories we all have of her will be held at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Road, on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 2.00pm. A special thanks to the staff of Waipuna Hospice for the support to our family over the last two months.

My deepest condolences to you and all of your family. What a brilliant light is gone from this earth in your dear Nancy. She amazed me so with her most recent historic team triathlon participation. But that was just a blip in the courageous and well-lived life of Nancy, the eternal optimist and oh-so-quick wit. We are all so blessed to have had both of you in our lives. A special memory for me was in 1986. As a member of a U.S. Methodist choir on tour, it happened to include a concert in Rotorua and you came. I was allowed to leave the tour group to spend some time with you in your home that evening. It was quite a treat. Your kindness and genuine interest in others' lives are enduring feelings. Nancy's absolute enthusiasm for life was infectious.
