On 23 December 2023 peacefully at Hutt Hospital, aged 83 years. Loved husband of Joyce. Loved father and father in law of Jason, Allison and Mark and Christine. Adored Papa of Kyle, Dion, Alannah, Joanna and Sophie. Special thanks to the nursing team in CCU. According to Mike's wishes a private service has taken place.

Joyce and family - please accept our deepest sympathy at Mick's passing. Our friendship goes right back to the Wanganui days. He was great company and had a great sense of humour. He was a first-class football goalkeeper.
