BRUCE-SMITH, Michael:
Peacefully, aged 72, at Wairarapa Hospital. Loved father of Sarah and the late Rob Hall, and Nikolas and Steph (UK), and grandfather of Timothy and Emily, and baby Arthur. Much loved brother of Bridget and John Hodgkinson, and Gerald. Special Uncle to Wendy, David, and Nicola.
Away on his last tramp
Special thanks to Kathryn, and friends Patricia and Mary for their support of Michael, and grateful thanks to the Kahukura Palliative Care Team, and to all the staff at Wairarapa Hospital. Michael also received wonderful support from the Wairarapa Cancer Society and donations to this organisation in his name would be appreciated. As per Michael's wishes, a family service has been held.
