Michael BAKER Obituary
(Jeweller extraordinaire). Mike passed away at North Shore Hospital on Christmas Day, December 25, 2021, aged 75 years, surrounded by love. Dearly loved husband, for 55 years and 8 days, of Carol (nee McPherson). Loved and admired Dad of Daren, Stephen, Jeffrey, Hayden and Adam and loved father-in-law of past and present daughters-in-law Julie, Andrea, Toni, Justine and Makinsie. Most adored Poppa of Ethan and Hayley; Dylan and James; Fynn and Connor; Beau and Bjorn; Aiden and Addison.
Mike you were "Simply the Best" and we cannot imagine life without your larger than life presence.
A funeral service for Mike will be held at Dil's Funeral Services, Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Friday, December 31, at 2.00pm. Numbers are restricted so please contact Mike's family if you wish to attend.

So sorry we are unable to attend the funeral as we are currently away from Auckland. We will always remember Mike for his kindness and generosity and always there to help. our love and thoughts are with Carol and the family.
